What are your hours?

I currently have openings between the hours of 12-7 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Are your sessions online or in person?

I currently only offer online sessions with plans to open an office in the Colorado Springs area. Once the office is open I will be adding walk and talk sessions in the neighborhood.

How often will we meet?

This depends on the person. Typically I suggest starting out with weekly or biweekly sessions as we get to know each other. Though, this can be discussed so we can ensure that we are meeting your individual needs.

How long will I be in therapy?

This also depends on the person. Every timeline for therapy is unique to that person. As you continue to progress towards your goals you may find that your needs change. This is something that can be continually discussed as you progress towards your goals. Things that might influence the length of therapy include frequency of sessions, your reason for seeking therapy, your engagement with therapy and effort towards your goals outside of session, or any barriers you may encounter.
