Services offered through us.
We offer individual talk therapy sessions where we can dive into your personal challenges and find the paths that make the most sense for you.
We offer family therapy sessions where we focus on helping the family to better understand each other and create new patterns and routines together that work for everybody.
Through the Woods Mental Health Services is currently offering ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder screeners. If you are considering getting evaluated but are not sure if it is worth the time time and money to go through the process a screening might be right for you. Through this service we will take the time to get to know you and what you’re looking for before screening for ADHD, Autism, and a variety of co-occurring disorders that you might want to receive further testing to confirm. With this information, you can decide if further evaluation and diagnosis is the path that you would like to take.
We are working to form a virtual group therapy session that focuses on communication skills. Let us know if you’re interested!
Alternative services.
We believe that talk therapy isn’t always the answer and often isn’t the only thing that could help you and your family. We work to connect with services in our community that we believe could be beneficial to you. Ask about alternative services that you may be interested and we may have a referral for you. These services include: functional nutrition counseling, occupational therapy, speech therapy, group therapy, yoga, and more!
