Child and Adolescent ADHD Evaluation.
Through the Woods Mental Health Services provides neurodiverse-affirming ADHD evaluation services for children and adolescents (ages 6-17).
Parents and Caregivers often seek evaluation services to better understand their child’s behaviors and patterns or to seek support in navigating academic or social challenges that may be a results of ADHD. We believe in offering an inclusive and supportive environment that celebrates the unique strengths of every person we serve. Our approach recognizes that ADHD is a variation of the human brain, offering its own set of strengths and challenges. We aim to create a space where individuals feel understood, accepted, and empowered to embrace their unique identities, characteristics, and capabilities.

ADHD Evaluation with short report summary
ADHD evaluation with a short report summary is $800 ($80 consultation, and 2 installments of $360).
Includes: Up to 2 hours of direct testing time, 2 hours for records review, interpretation, and 1-hour feedback session to review the diagnosis, recommendations, and written report.
ADHD Evaluation with 1-page summary
ADHD evaluation with a 1-page summary is $650 ($80 consultation, followed by 2 installments of $285).
Includes: Up to 2 hours of direct testing time, 1 hour for records review, interpretation, and a 1-hour feedback session to review the diagnosis and recommendations.
ADHD Evaluation with short report and educational advocacy
ADHD evaluation with a short report and educational advocacy is $1200 ($80 consultation, and 2 installments of $285, and 1 installment of $200 for the educational advocacy meeting.)
Includes: Up to 2 hours of direct testing time, 1 hour for records review, interpretation, a 1-hour feedback session to review the diagnosis and recommendations, and attendance for up to 2 hours at a school educational accommodations meeting.
