Adult ADHD Assessment.

Many people have gotten to adulthood before beginning to recognize the symptoms of ADHD. You don’t always know where to start or what happens next. At Through the Woods Mental Health Services we recognize the limited resources for adults who are interested in getting evaluated for ADHD and aim to provide a space where people feel comfortable to explore their experiences and celebrate their strengths. Whether you seek to deepen your understanding of yourself and the symptoms you are experiences or validation through a formal diagnosis, our evaluations are designed to be inclusive and empowering.

During the evaluation process we will gather information regarding the symptoms you experience, your family history, any challenges you may have faced. You will receive a variety of questionnaires to be completed and once these are completed your clinician will spend time reviewing all of the information gathered and write a report detailing the findings and recommendations. After this is completed you will schedule a follow up session for you and the clinician to discuss the findings and explore next steps.
