ADHD Screener.

Often people are looking to gain a deeper understanding of themselves or their children. Sometimes you need more information before you decide what steps to take next. Once people have more information they are able to feel more prepared to take the next steps. That may be therapy, accommodations at school or work, nutritional changes, exercise changes, or medication. No matter what you choose to do with the information gathered having a deeper understanding of yourself and an explanation for your experiences can help guide you. Sometimes a full ADHD evaluation is not the answer that some people are looking for. If you are looking to understand your behaviors and make accommodations in your life that make sense for you an ADHD screener might be a good fit for you.

During the ADHD screening process the clinician will complete a clinical interview with you to gather information regarding your symptoms across your lifespan, family history, and the challenges you may face. In addition to the interview, various questionnaires will be shared with you. Once the questionnaires have been completed your clinician will spend time reviewing the information gathered before creating a short report and recommendations tailored to you. Once this is all complete we will contact you to schedule your follow up session where we will go over our clinical findings and offer our recommendations.

In addition to the screener there are follow up services that you can choose to best meet your needs.

Screening Fees.

ADHD Evaluation with a review session

ADHD evaluation with a short report and educational advocacy is $400 ($50 consultation, and 2 installments of $175.)

Includes: Up to 2 hours of direct testing time, 1 hour for records review, interpretation, and a 1-hour feedback session to review the diagnosis and recommendations.

ADHD Screening with short report summary

ADHD evaluation with a short report summary is $500 ($50 consultation, and 2 installments of $225).

Includes: Up to 2 hours of direct testing time, 1 hour for records review, interpretation, and 1-hour feedback session to review the diagnosis, recommendations, and written report.

 

ADHD Screening with educational advocacy

ADHD evaluation with a a short report and attendance at a meeting with the school is $650 ($50 consultation, followed by 2 installments of $300).

Includes: Up to 2 hours of direct testing time, 1 hour for records review, interpretation, a 1-hour feedback session to review the diagnosis and recommendations, and a one hour meeting with the school.

Additional services.

  • Educational Advocacy.

    Once you have a deeper understanding of your child’s behaviors and needs another big piece can be the support they need at school. At your request, we are able to join you in your meeting with your child’s school staff to make recommendations on supports and accomodationss.

  • Written Report.

    Sometimes people want a written report of what was covered in the follow up session to take to their HR personnel or share with those around them so they can get a better understanding. Upon request a report can be written.

  • Individual Therapy.

    Once you get your results it is up to you to decide what you do wit that information. People often follow up this information with one on one therapy so they can identify their strengths and the systems or routines that will help them to navigate their challenges.

  • Parent Support.

    Parenting is hard and there isn’t a guidebook for how to do it. When your chid has various challenges it can be beneficial for you and your family for you to receive individualized recommendations for how to best support your family.

  • Referrals.

    Screening assessments are a compass guiding your next choices. We can offer trusted referrals and resources for whatever you decide is the right step for you.

  • Family Therapy.

    Sometimes the family dynamics are impacted by symptoms of ADHD and having a space to explore these while finding changes that are suited to your family can make all the difference. After the screening process we offer family therapy session to help guide you.
